You’ll hear some thoughts on the amazing food experiences I had recently in Cuba, and I look ahead to an episode featuring an interview with a Cuban chef (the first ever live-translated interview on Cheftimony). I also talk today about some fantastic experiences recently at Bar Gobo in Vancouver and at a pop-up restaurant on the Sunshine Coast that is setting the stage for the arrival of Brassica in Gibsons.
