Join me for a trip to Cuba! We’ll journey to Matanzas to see the grand opening of a beautiful bed and breakfast that friends recently designed and renovated, and they celebrated the opening by inviting people from all over the world to join them. You’ll hear about our amusing check-in at Hotel Rio San Juan, about a great art gallery in town, and – of course – all about the food. This included several incredible meals prepared by the private chef that friends Ivan and Scott hired to cook for their guests.

Then we’ll journey on to Havana! You’ll visit Fabrica de Arte Cubano, dine at La Guarida and Michifu, and join me on the barstools at El Dandy. It’s all ahead on Cheftimony’s Snapshot of Cuba.
