Cheftimony Snack: Season 3 Wrap

Today I also talk about an upcoming interview with the talented chef behind one of Vancouver’s pre-eminent spots for sourdough… and pasta… and brilliant breakfast sandwiches

Here we are at the end of Season 3! Today’s short episode is a look ahead to Season 4 of the Cheftimony Podcast, coming up this fall. Already I’ve got lots of fun shows in the works, including the Sourdough Episode, of course, which will feature sourdough enthusiasts from home bakers to a professor of baking. My co-host for that episode will be the incredibly talented chef and baker, Greg Sugiyama.

Today I also talk about an upcoming interview with the talented chef behind one of Vancouver’s pre-eminent spots for sourdough… and pasta… and brilliant breakfast sandwiches… and the coziest room I’ve seen in a good long while. That will be part of Season 4 too, along with episodes on copycat recipes, on cooking for endurance sports, and on the inspiration behind chefs’ ideas.

And what would any season of Cheftimony be without a solid focus on Las Vegas? On the show today, you’ll hear me looking forward to working in tandem with my friend Chris, host of the wonderful Faces and Aces Las Vegas podcast. Together, Chris and I are going to bring you a series of Vegas food experiences from a range of Vegas enthusiasts. And it’s thanks to Chris that I’m able to tip you off today to another really wonderful food- (and Vegas-focused) podcast, Two Sharp Chefs & A Microphone. I highly recommend that you check it out.

Thank you as always for being here. Join me now for this five-minute wrap to Season 3, and I’ll see you soon on Season 4 of the Cheftimony Podcast.
