Welcome to Season 2!
It feels great to be moving ahead with Season 2 of the podcast after having had so much fun with Season 1. The first season of Cheftimony gave me the chance to interview my friend and mentor Chef Andrea Carlson of Vancouver’s Burdock & Co., the fun of traveling to Las Vegas to cook and speak with chef friends there, and I even learned a little about Instagram which led to great talks with new friends – a chef in New York City and a food writer in London. On top of all that, I was lucky to connect with lawyer friends old and new who share my interest in food.
Looking ahead at the new season, I plan to bring you more talks with more chefs and of course a few more lawyers. One particular goal for Season 2 is to spend more time cooking in restaurant kitchens and reporting to you on those experiences. Another is to incorporate more of your ideas into the show.
