For today’s first interview, I reached out to my friend Chef Robert Belcham, restaurateur and president of the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia. Robert shares his story of shuttering restaurants during this exceptional, difficult time. He also describes the incredible dedication of his staff and offers some tips on how we, the restaurant-loving public, might help the hospitality businesses we all want to return when this passes.
